Trying to build a website that helps consumers fight debt collectors in my area who break the law, need advice!
I’m not sure if this is the best sub for my question but I want to create a website that comes up high in the search results when people either look up debt collectors in my area or how to beat a debt collection case in Virginia. I also want to gather info from people in my area about the debt collectors coming after them since there’s only a few firms and a few law firms who take on these cases.
Some of them have been violating the law and if people knew they could use it for their case or more easily tell their lawyers. For example if one of the debt collection agencies name is ABC Corp would simply having a list of agencies in my area on my website make it show up as a result in a Google search?
I tried to write Google reviews about these debt collection companies but I think my reviews are getting reported or suppressed because they don’t show up. I created other accounts and I’m not sure if it’s tied to IP address but I wanted to put legal resources and numbers to legal aid orgs in their google maps listing.
