  Translating only a part of a website in another language

  Hi,

  I have a website which is ranking quite nicely, but is written in French.

  I would like to translate only some of the articles into English or German, in order to enjoy some affiliate links income.

  I don’t really want to give the user a choice of the language : for me, it depends on the SERP and no one will “switch language”. Also, as mentioned, many articles and pages of the website won’t be translated anyways.

  What would be the best way to go ? Create a new domain / simplified website ?

  I’m feeling a bit unsure about how to do this.
