Tracking Comments on Paid Facebook Ads
Hi all,
The ad posts for my company's Facebook page receive a good amount of comments daily, and part of my role is to reply to these comments. The organic ad posts are fine and will show up in our notifications, but the paid ad posts don't display in notifications since we don't "own" them.
Has anyone found a social media management platform that shows all comments from various platforms, including paid ad posts? We use Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, but only do paid posts on Facebook. We currently use a spreadsheet with direct links to each post, but it'd be really nice if they were all in one place.
I've been digging around and I haven't had any luck yet. Thank you in advance to anyone who has any advice!

Creator Studio shows ad comments as well. If it doesn’t, get yourself added to the ad account or get relevant permissions from the business manager. They’ll show up in your Creator Studio messages section.
