  • Tool to find Upcoming Keywords

I used to subscribe to Ahrefs and each month they would send me a new keyword report. This would show me the new keywords my site was ranking for.

It was especially useful to see keywords that I was ranking for outside the top 10. I would use this info to know what I should target.

Are there any cheaper tools that show you keywords you’re ranking for? Especially outside the top 10. It’s getting harder and harder to justify the Ahrefs expense.

Google Search Console is the only tool to see keywords and positions in Google. It is free. Also you can use Bing webmaster tool if >5% visitors of your website moved from Bing.

Perhaps you should think about using 3d party SEO “tools”… where do they get keywords data?

Of course. Try Google Search Console, it’s a must, and it’s free.

It depends on the market you’re focusing.here in Germany we have xovi, sistrix Both for €99 a month. they push their keyword pool (15M) to Google, accumulate a visibility index as well as rankings for those keywords. their index is more of a general index instead of an index of monitored keywords such as in Sem Rush. in Germany it works quite well, for other markets we have to try, but both have one month demo.
