I work as a Social Media manager in a large educational company which has a variety of different brands. In total I am running 40 different accounts (with Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter/Instagram and TikTok for each brand).

I’m starting to feel a bit overloaded as I also have to do blog creation/website editing/content creation due to the overall marketing team being 4 people and was wondering any tips people may have to make life a bit easier?

You’re feeling overworked because you are! Especially if these are busy pages!

Website editing takes care of itself, much less thinking involved. Social creation should probably comes from a few places for you
    – your blogs
    – your product/sales/conversion
    – your expertise
    – your team/delivery
    – your mission statement/your why
    – your customers/testimonials

If you keep a social diary for everything then you can be a bit more organised, Monday is writing day, Tuesday is social creation day, Wednesday is graphics and amends, Thursday is posting/scheduling.

Bulk everything. Try to create as much content in one go, when you’re managing so many accounts constantly switching takes time and brain power that you can’t waste.

(These are very generic tips, I know you many already be doing them)

Is there something you could possibly automate via software?
Small repetitive tasks that could be solved/automated by software, to have more time for other tasks.

If you have a problem, which could be solved by software, pm me, I currently looking for a new software service ideas to build as a developer.
