TikTok Warm Up Phase?
Brand new pixel, should we run traffic / video views first, then moving to more “tof” events, like atc? A few weeks of this and then move on to conversions.

You should focus on the conversion event you want. There is no such thing as warming up or seasoning a pixel. Stop listening to the gurus.
