Target Impression Share = virtually no impressions?
I just changed a brand campaign from max clicks to 100% abs top of page impression share. Set a max click of $10, which is about $9 higher than my historical avg cpc for this campaign (ie. Plenty of bid). After 24 hours, I've got a measly 20 impressions and an avg cpc of $0.01! What the hell is going on?
