Target Impression Share Bidding not serving single Impression
After experimenting broad match with brand control in my brand campaign, I decided I will move back to phase match as due to budget constraint, so I made a new campaign with phrase match with Target Imp share (100%) as bidding strategy with cpc limit to 100 (historically 38). My campaign didn’t spend a single digit and when asked to google they ask to move to TCPA and post that it started spending and serving imp immediately, so what’s the reason of not serving any imp on TIS bid strategy with phrase match. Could anyone explain me if you had same experience?.
