Say I had 30 accounts with a total of 150 campaigns and got $9k in credits ($300 per account). I could easily have 150 accounts each with a single campaign and have received $45k in credits instead.
I don’t really have an argument because nobody could’ve seen this coming (let alone prepared for a beneficial account structure), just seems like an arbitrary way to go about it.
And yeah, I see it seems to vary on spend, but across dozens of accounts with wide spend levels, I’ve only seen two levels of credits ($300 and $750).

GuestJune 24, 2020 at 10:04 pmReceived US$130, reside in Asia. I was surprised I received the credits because I don’t spend that much on google ads (<US$650/month for all months in 2019/2020, some months as low as <US$100/month)
