Sprout Social posting on its own?
Okay so I’ve been having more bugs than usual with Sprout than ever before, and I wanted to see if similar things happened to anyone else.
For example, we have this very important client, which is a bank, and they have strict regulatives and everything understandably has to be in perfect order with them on social media. They pay my company a large amount of money for all our activities and my job kind of depends on this specific client.
A month ago we had to post 4 job openings on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn each. I scheduled these posts a few hours apart only to get calls from my client in the morning asking why two of these haven’t been posted on LinkedIn. I know very well that they were scheduled in the right time.
Alright, that passed and fast forward to tonight, when one of these job openings posted on LinkedIn on its own. I know I didn’t make a mistake scheduling as the dates don’t even make any sense, plus the scheduled post would have showed up on my Sprout calendar which it never did.
The post had been up for around 30 minutes and I just got a call from my client. Mind you, it’s 11 pm :/ so understandably it bothers them.
Have weird things been happening with Sprout to anyone else?
