How would you go about doing SEO and marketing in the space sector? Writing endless blog posts is difficult due to the complex nature of satellites and their hardware.

Looking for any advice in for how to market in the satellite and satellite hardware/components sector.

There’s no use in investing time and money to build a beautiful website if your customers can’t find it. But how can you make your site stand out in the ocean of content on the Internet?

Search engine optimization (SEO) is how you help customers find your site when they search on Google, Bing, and Yahoo. By building your site the right way and optimizing your keywords, you’ll drive more traffic to your page and generate more sales.

Here are 10 tips to help you rank higher in online searches.

    1. Find the right keywords.

    2. Focus on your unique offerings.

    3. Don’t overstuff your site with keywords.

    4. Build links to your site.

    5. Publish high-quality content and lots of it.

    6. Get social.

    7. Make sure your website is user-friendly.

    8. Measure results.

    9. Be patient.

    10. Aim high.

I live in a place big on oil and gas and have often thought I should target that industry; whither for website or SEO services. We’re talking about manufacturers who specialize in expensive & unique equipment being sold to companies who then pump the oil. Having several friends in the oil/gas industry, I’ve dug around a bit to find what their impact could be if targeted correctly. The companies who have been pumping oil and need new equipment would not Google “top 10 production casings 2020”, rather the infrastructure of the company probably already has a casings division OR they reach out to a company which is known for production casings.

A bit different scenario then your initial question although I thought I’d share my experience.
