Hi y’all! Does anyone have any recommendations for a program that will let you schedule future posts and stories for businesses? We mostly use Instagram, Facebook and Twitter! Thanks in advance!

I use Hootsuite, and I love it! I have the free profile, which allows you to connect up to three social media profiles. I also use Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter for work, and it works great!

A few small notes – you can only post four photos at a time on Twitter, and one at a time on Instagram. I don’t remember off the top of my head if there is a limit for Facebook.

A quick work around for the Instagram thing – just schedule Instagram posts through the Publishing Tools on your Facebook profile. You can schedule multiple pictures from there.

    Best of luck!

Planoly works great for insta. Also helps quite a bit in maintaining the aesthetics of the profile.

My agency uses HeyOrca, I really like it. Good for if you manage multiple businesses and has story abilities. (Although IG doesn’t allow programs to post on your behalf it will notify your app on your phone for posting. Has always been pretty flawless.)

Try facebook creator studio for Facebook and Instagram scheduling. Best thing is that it’s free and you can use it for all the facebook pages and Instagram accounts you manage.

I schedule content of 1 week for my clients from creator studio

    Here’s the link facebook.com/creatorstudio

For facebook and instagram you should use facebook creator studio. It is free, you can plan upto 6 months in advance and it’s the only thing facebook wants you to use. There’s no benefits of using other programs for these two, except for story posting. However, I would suggest you post stories manually because you will see a huge difference in the reach. I think using creator studio shows their algorithms that you’re professionals while the manual story posting shows them that you’re there and not away. I might be wrong but it seems that this mix of both gave me the best reach.
