Social Media organic va paid ads
Hi,
Recently I am a little disheartened with organic social media in a real estate agency.I measure several monthly leads that come from
organic channel <5% of leads
And paid channel >95% leads.It came to the point the creative team is very reliant on paid ads to generate leads.
On one of the month we tried not paying for ads and we generated 0 leads.
The agency is forced to use paid channel for the digital marketing.The principal of the real estate agency feels that the organic channel creative team is solely there to support to produce creative for the ads only. Cause if without the paid ads no leads is generated thus the wages spent on the digital marketing team ends up as waste of budget.
Any advice of a digital marketing team that fully relies on paid channel is “normal”?
