Social Listening with Instagram API Limitations
My boss has put me in charge of solving the "blindspot" many of our clients are facing thanks to Instagram API limitations. We currently use Digimind, Hootsuite, and Sprout for listening/community management. She isn't accepting the answer of "this is an Instagram API issue, it's not going to matter what software we use." She wants to know what approach we're going to take to make sure we don't have blindspots with our clients and are monitoring to the best of our ability. Yes, we can pull some hashtags, but there are other issues we are not seeing.
Apart from manually searching on Instagram for keywords and manually monitoring, do you have any approach recommendations or a reasonable response to her? Thank you!
