Social listening tool?
I’m looking for a social listening tool to pick up keyword phrases in my businesses’ niche on social media.
Something inexpensive with maximum utility. I don’t need a mega tool to crawl billions of social media posts in real time.
Using the Social Network search functions would be just as effective eg. Twitter, reddit, Facebook, instagram search for “My search term” using the native search feature.
Google alerts are good, but don’t cover social.

Take a look at keywordwatch.com to see if it’s a good fit. I think they monitor most of the social networks & communities that Google Alerts misses and is the most affordable one I’ve come across.

I would check out SparkToro…it’s my secret weapon not only for keywords but what your intended audience is doing online.
