Social Listening/Analysis Tools
Hello! I am a social media analyst in search of better tools. Currently I use social studio almost exclusively, mostly for Twitter. However, Twitter has been a bit volatile as of late, and I have specifically been looking for tools/platforms that are a bit more on top of the social media platform growth curve.
Can you recommend any social tools that would be a good replacement for social studio, preferably ones that will aid in listening for Reddit and/or Discord? I would even be interested in hearing about tools that are not that similar to social studio but may help fill a similar niche or even exceed in function.
I would also love to hear about any upcoming social media platforms you see growing (like Hive or Mastodon, anything to keep any eye on) and possible social tools for those platforms as well? (It may also help to mention that most of the social listening I do is in the entertainment industry, specifically in video gaming, which is why Discord is a particular interest.)
