Showing second card as default in feed (Meta / IG) Carousel Ad
Hi,
Figured I'd ask here since I cannot find an answer anywhere.
I am running Carousel Ads (All placements) with 3 cards.
Problem is that it's showing the carousel from the middle as default sometimes i.e. user will see the middle of the carousel and can either swipe left or right to see the first or last card.
I do not want this. It is very important that the first card is what the users see when scrolling.
The ad set has always had "highlight carousel card" function turned off, so this is not the problem. I assumed when this function is turned off that Meta would ALWAYS show the first card first when presenting the ad, but that seems to not be the case?
Does anyone know what the deal is and is there any solution? Or will Meta sometimes show the carousel from the middle?
