  Should we be adding SRT files to our videos or just baking in the text into the video?

  If you have visited any social platform, you will find that at least 50% of the video just add the audio as on screen text. And a lot of those videos seem to do well.

  Should I even bother with SRT files for my social videos anymore? or just bake the text into the video?
