Should I start a blog with tutorials/tips/advice for social media marketing?
I recently quit my job to pursue my freelance career and to improve my quality life.
I also recently started using Reddit and it’s my new favorite platform. I’m on it all the time and discovered I love answering questions others might have about social media or marketing.
I noticed there are frequently many similar questions on here specially about SMM. I usually run into questions I’ve already answered before and just reshare my responses on those threads.
I also have a handful of friends who’ve begun asking me for help with social media and how to grow their accounts. I’ve heard (and believe myself) that social media and it’s branches will only be a growing career field in the future.
I have 6 years of experience in SMM and 10 years of experience in marketing. Should I do it? Would anyone read my stuff? I know Hootsuite and HubSpot are a huge place for resources for fellow marketers so I wonder if it would be worth it to start a smaller blog.
Any advice or suggestions?

What’s your plan? Are you building a business or your resume? How will you build your blog? Do you plan on having ads?
To quit your job and go in a competitive niche, I think a lot of time should be spent on planning and building something new.
