    Shopping campaign best bid strategy

Posted by Cool_Note_3989 on June 16, 2024 at 10:54 pm

So i've been running a shopping campaign for shelving products and we have a $280 budget but since I started running we had only 8 conversions, which is very low.

Also we're working with a 450% tRoas and I feel like is too high, should I decrease tRoas or fully change bid strategy?

    Any ideas?

What’s your goal profit margin? Try decreasing your target. It’ll open up volume but increase cost. Give it two weeks.

450% can only be too high if your tROAS goal is a lot lower then that. Only lower the tROAS if you want to spend more money and see a lower ROAS.

here’s a stategy I like to use to get completely new campaigns from the ground:
start the campaign with manual bids or max clicks with a bid limit. exclude irrelevant search terms like crazy (and optimize the feed!). wait for at least 30 conversions. switch to tROAS with the suggested target. increase target gradually to meet your required target.

tROAS works when there is a steady flow of conversions. Also that is way too high. You need to low, bid tROAS….let me know if you need more explanation on this.

You should analyze why your sales are low by reviewing Hotjar recordings, which will help identify user behavior and any potential issues on your site. Then implement FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) elements, as suggested in the book “Sell Like Crazy,” to create urgency and increase conversions.

Additionally, ensure that you have numerous reviews from verified buyers, complete with images, to build trust and credibility. And improve your product content with better copywriting.

Make sure your products are showing correctly against the keywords you are targeting.
