  SEO for a product with multiple use cases.

  Hi r/SEO

  I am very new to SEO and keen to learn myself before I outsource to any agency.

  I have a product(s) that has multiple use cases. Think anniversary gift, wedding gift, Birthday gift etc.

  Would it be a strategy to make collection pages targeting keywords for each use case? Each collection will have the same products in it.

  Yes, you are correct. As long as your product page has the same URL it can appear on multiple list pages.

  Just like a top category page will have subcategory pages and even tertiary sub category pages, that product may be listed multiple times.

  A tent might be listed under Camping or Hiking as well. This is very common.

  Just don’t have 3 different URLs for the same product.
