This is one of the most difficult niches, especially if your rates are on the low side. If you charge premium then you may be able to get a good ROI, but with affordable rates, it will be challenging. Good luck.
Don’t forget also Facebook. With the right setup and creatives, it will likely work better.

Like someone else said its pretty competitive and you might get better roi with a more visual media buying platform like Meta where you can showcase your photos.
