Schedule Facebook Ads Reporting for multiple accounts
Hello PPC
Does anyone know, whether it is possible to schedule facebook ads reports for multiple ad accounts? So far, I can see it is possible to schedule facebook ads reports for single Ad Accounts.
After spending way too much time googling for an answer, I have given up. I hope you guys can help me out.

You could use a third-party tool such as Swydo.

Since there is no “reporting” tab in Business Manager, I’m pretty sure the answer is no. At least not directly in the UI. Maybe there is functions within the API if you had access to that. We use [Supermetrics](https://affiliate.supermetrics.com/1026.html) for our agency reporting across Facebook, Google and other ad platforms. Saves tons of times and automates 99% of what we need to report on.

You have two options for something like this.
1. Go into Business Manager and then go into the Ad Account Overview tab. Here you can export multiple ad account reports all in one sheet, but unfortunately, the only downside is that you cannot schedule it.
2. The alternative would be to set up Google Data Studio which is free and then combine all your ad accounts into one report so you can schedule that to be sent out. -
I don’t think so. Google is pretty solid at birds eye view of all of your ad accounts, but Facebook isn’t there yet.
Like some of the other folks mentioned, a third party tool may be your best bet. If you want to keep things in rows/columns aka gsheets/excel, then AdStage for Google Sheets or Supermetrics may be good choices. If you would like a more visual dashboard, AdStage Report or Databox could be solid choices.
