Hi! If I have registered a domain name in the UK which is example.co.uk and we bought example.com and redirected it to the .co.uk but since then we realised there is another company with that name in Australia who has the domain name example.com.au . Would this cause an issue on Google? Or would it still index the .co.uk site even though there’s a different website with the .com.au? We have been getting to get it indexed for weeks but it’s not working. I wonder if this could be the issue?

Your visitors will have a problem with that, but not Google))

Try to reindex, but use a manual sitemap generator to be sure that your website architecture is right. Additionally, check your 1xx, 2xx, 3xx… to be sure that statuses and redirects work well. You can use SE Ranking or Slickplan for sitemaps, I think these tools are most convenient for your purposes.

    Good luck!
