GuestNovember 18, 2022 at 7:40 amI can honestly see it going bankrupt that clown has lost all advertisers, turned it into a shit show breaking critical things like 2auth and even took it off the stock exchange.
Muskrat didn’t want the deal he got forced into buying it and now the easiest way to get out from the loans is to file for bankruptcy

GuestNovember 18, 2022 at 7:50 amI have tracked Twitter’s footsteps for a while. I don’t see it dying but the overall product will have a ruined User experience because of the new changes and employees leaving.
Elon musk’s a bad father-son relationship with the employees is the main factor right now. It’s a time to learn from Elon that if you don’t care about your employees thinking you are the ultimate platform king, you will get humbled by your employees. Teaches us business owners to do better with coordinated working spaces.
It’s time to give the platform time to recover, it’s honestly not gonna die but suffer a minor heart attack.

GuestNovember 18, 2022 at 8:37 amDead? It’s Elon Musk we’re talking about here. The tone is completely different already. It’s toned down as far as far left Politics and less bots. It’s the same user experience and it’s had more traffic now than ever. Losing advertisers? Yeah until they find new ones. It’s too big of a platform and not a smart idea not to advertise on there… ESPECIALLY now. Twitter will thrive again soon.

GuestNovember 18, 2022 at 9:33 amCan someone explain to me the arguments Against Elon Musk buying twitter exactly? I don’t really understand what is so bad about him wanting to reform the platform the way he announced it?
Perhaps I am missing something? -

GuestNovember 18, 2022 at 9:39 amTwitter and Elon Musk are definitely in a free fall right now. As far as Twitter shutting down? Unless there is another social media platform that can deliver the same service, I don’t think that will happen. In my opinion, Twitter is the default platform for mass communication.

GuestNovember 18, 2022 at 11:28 amIt’s weird that Elon is bragging about how Twitter users have increased after he took control. It’s the same thing as setting your house on fire and being proud that you suddenly have a lot of people interested in your life.

GuestNovember 18, 2022 at 2:27 pmThe worst part is that he’s playing games that HE can afford to play but the employees of Twitter can’t, and in a job market that is tightening by the day.
I know Twitter gets shit on, but for breaking news it was my go-to. So many amazing journalists on the platform providing real time updates on important global events. I hate the way this is all going down.

GuestNovember 18, 2022 at 6:18 pmI’m personally boycotting it. Twitter has devolved anyways and with all this uncertainty, it’s a great time to divest from the madness and get a few hours of my life back. It was a waste of my time anyways.

GuestNovember 18, 2022 at 7:01 pmI don’t think so, a loud minority will leave and try to sabotage the platform just because of their hate for Elon and most people will stay anyways.
Just like Facebook is still around, the same will happen with Twitter. The thing is that Twitter has always been pretty niche, it could evolve into something different now.

GuestNovember 18, 2022 at 8:21 pmWe can only hope. Btw, politicians who keep using it to “reach the public” need to check themselves. I get why celebrities, brands, journalists, etc. use it, but it makes zero sense for politicians to expect regular folks to follow their tweets, unless they want to keep pretending it’s a public square, rather than a networking circlejerk for big ad spenders.

GuestNovember 18, 2022 at 9:17 pmI would guess rumors but it’s hard not to see at least a path for a slow spiral
