  Receiving random DMs and replies to Instagram-sponsored stories on a business account

  Hello! I manage social media for an online store and for the past couple weeks, we’ve been receiving very random messages and replies to sponsored stories on Instagram. Some examples: “OOOOO”, “ahora metes chivo” (on a story about sunscreen), “Mira que contribuyente eres”, “Porotito creciendo”

  The accounts don’t seem to be bots and I tried to look up why this is happening but couldn’t find anything. Is anyone else experiencing this?

  I am in the same situation at my job in Brazil. Don’t know why this is happening, because the setting “Stories” can’t be replied when sponsored
