Quality Lead Percentage of New Leads

Posted by report_due_today on September 12, 2024 at 3:56 pm

What have y'all seen a benchmark for google lead generation? Is 82% quality leads above normal run rates?

My sales team is noticing a lot of trash leads from our pmax, which is to be expected. They mentioned 82% quality feels low however, this feels normal, if not, high to me. Any insights from different industries? Qe are an B2B event based company.

This qualification of leads really depends a lot on the sector. For a few years, I worked for a huge car manufacturer in Brazil and the qualification of those who actually bought the cars for the leads generated was only about 5 to 6%, of course it is a high-value product.

82% good quality from PMAX seems very high.

82% good quality is high, especially for B2B

82% is very high. PMax has more of a retail focus. Have you tried Demand Gen? Maybe PMax is leveraging a customer list?

82% is damn solid. Still, I’ve had clients complain about that number. Other markets would kill for it. This was B2C in a very high-end, high price real estate product.

4/5 leads from PMax being “quality” is rare air. In my experience, it’s usually the inverse with PMax, and 4/5 are trash.

It is a universal truth that if sales teams are getting a good volume of leads, they will tell you that the quality is low
