Publish 30 posts at once or 1 per day over 30 days?

Nope. I am working with big publishers. Most of them have monthly over 1M traffic. Some of them bulk publish articles. They work 100%.

I would do 1 a day over 30 days personally, but it depends on your audience. Google cares about quality content and quality backlinks, so whichever you think will be more appealing to your audience and more likely for them to link to it in the future.
I would think typically, if your audience likes your posts, and you post monthly, they’ll visit once a month. If your audience likes your posts and you post daily, they’re more likely to visit once a day maybe?
I know that’s not 100% sound logic, but I think you’ll get what I’m suggesting towards

Publish them all and manipulate the dates back date them sequentially

On new blogs, I personally schedule 1 a day, but that’s just my preference.

These posts they’re like fine wine, the older they get, they more delicious, but the drier.
