Promoting influencer’s video for a brand
Hi Guys, I am in a little dilema here.
So I have been asked by a brand lets call it XYZ to promote a video that was uploaded by a YouTuber 123. The YouTuber has spoken about the Brand and has recommended it in his video and informed the brand that the video would help address issues a lot of people face.
Now the brand wants to promote this video, would I be able to promote it via [Brand Connect](https://www.youtube.com/ads/brandconnect/) or run it via their Ad Manager? As I am not sure if that it allowed or would be allowed as I would be adding the Brand URL while the video is posted on the influencers page.
Is there any way we could boost it for the influencer?

The way I understand Brand Connect, you can not use it to promote this external person’s content. This YouTuber would need to have their video on an allow list, so other people can promote it. Your best bet is talk with your Google rep and see what other options exist.
