    Hi there,

    I currently run a lead generation and sales conversion business. We initially started running our own PPC earlier this year and the budget was just never spending (we had it at £2k per day would spend 300-500). I changed lead generation form supplier and overnight it started spending the £2k per day on this new form, CPL was incredible were we wanted it an exceptionally consistent from then until start of May when we changed to a new provider and since then it's been very hit and miss, no changes with ads, but it's spending a lot of the budget between 7-8:30 great CPL then the spend dribbles throughout the day (spends probably £300 more over a 6-7 window) and then on the last hour (we run 6-6) it will majorly spend, never reaching the budget (we have it at 3k per day now) and it will spend say £600 in the last hour and effect CPL.

    I'm not really sure if I'm being stupid in thinking it has something to do with the form, the form itself is basically the same, and there's other companies in the industry with more indepth forms etc and their CPL is great just like ours was.

    Really confused and getting quite paranoid that something's broken somewhere…

    Any tips?

    Assuming the form is the only change and you’ve run this after form change for a couple of weeks.

    I’d audit the form on different devices, try to go through the entire user flow and see what issues are there.

    It would also be good to compare the previous form vs the new form. Maybe the new one is slow, lots of options, error in submissions.
