Posting on IG from Meta Business Suite issues? Product tag removed. Reel audio muted if additional background audio added? Same post for FB works fine?
Is anyone else having these issues?
Posting both on IG & FB at the same time. Everything gets posted to FB fine but IG has issues. Shows the product is tagged prior to posting but I have to manually add from app on IG.
For reels the primary video audio is muted and I can only hear background music. Plays fine on FB post.

To my knowledge, you have to increase the volume on the original video just as much as the music in the background.

I don’t use MBS because it’s so much worse than just opening IG & doing it. For some reason, their own tool often fails to replicate the full features of the app, or fails to post, or screws up some aspect of it…waste of time
