Portfolio Bidding and being “held back”
Camapign 1: 150 conv/ month
Campaign 2: 20 conv/ month
Campaign 3: 20 conv/month
Campaign 4: 5 conv/ month

After applying a portfolio bid strategy to all 4 campaigns for about 2.5 months (all campaigns have same target CPA), what we noted is that Campaign 1 decreased in conversion volume the second month (to about 120), whereas the other campaigns improved a bit.
Now, it may had have to do with seasonality and a bit of LP testing.
So I guess my question is does putting your top performing campaign in a portfolio with others “hold it back” / prevent it from being able to scale in the long run?
