PMAX Conversions drop to 0 – Zapier Offline Import issue
I recently tested a offline conversion through Zapier which uploaded a value in the billions for my primary conversion. I applied a data exclusion which I thought would prevent my automated bidding from picking the wrong signals up but instead it dropped my PMAX conversions to 0, not even one.
I checked the spending and noticed that the spending went from 90% shopping to 90% display, so I removed the data exclusion (this was after 15 days or so.) I tried retracting the incorrect conversion but sadly that won't work as it doesn't recognize the GCLID parsed from Zapier. Any insights on what to do? This campaign was running great for nearly 2 years and has tons of conversion data…
