  Personal Attributes Advertising Policies Issue

  Hi there

  I have a question about Personal Attributes in the Advertising Policies.

  **A) Ethnic origin**

  I didn’t find example of “Ethnic origin” usage, but I think that “Race” example might be applicable.

  From the OK example: “Meet Hispanic men online now!” , “Find black singles today.”

  From the example which isn’t OK: “Meet other black singles near you!”

  Can I use declarations like:

  1. Every Russian should visit a concert of the group XXX
  2. All Russians can visit the concert of the group XXX in December 2020
  3. Do you live in Russia? Then you have a chance to see the group XXX live in December 2020

  ​

  **B) Age**

  I understand that I can’t use the exact age or date of birth in the ad. Is this applicable to those variation:

  1. Extra discounts for customers over 50 yo!
  2. Are you over 50 years old? We give you an extra discount.
  3. Your discount increases by 10% if you are more than 50 years old
  4. Anyone born before 1969 gets an additional discount.
  5. Were you born before 1969? Then you get an extra discount
  6. Your discount increases by 10% if you were born before 1969
  7. Additional discounts to all who were born in the 70s.
  8. Were you born in the 70s? Then you have an additional discount.
