    Personal ad account disabled (Facebook)

Posted by seohelper on May 12, 2020 at 8:47 pm

    Hello!

A couple of days ago my Facebook profile / account was suspended / banned for suspicious activity.

I had a business manager with one ad account this Facebook profile was admin and that account was banned from Facebook ads. I tried to recover it with no luck.

I created another business manager with 2 ad accounts (with the Facebook profile which was admin to the first business manager, the one with only one ad account – and banned).

I was banned many times and all times recovered:

    – 3 times one ad account was banned – got recovered with appeal

    – one time the new business manager was banned – appeal / recover

    – last time my Facebook profile was banned / recovered with sending document id

    – now my personal ad account is banned – sent appeal.

I don’t know what to do next. I consider using another Facebook profile / user to gain access / admin to that second business manager and delete access to the first user profile. But still / I believe they will continue banning me.

I would change the site / business / fiscal code / card – payment method, but it seems there is no guarantee they won’t ban it again and again.

If you ask me why I was banned the first / first time? If I go here – [https://business.facebook.com/accountquality](https://business.facebook.com/accountquality) and see 3500+ policy violations for discriminatory practice. I never had an ad disabled for such policy. From what they told me (via Facebook Business Manager) having a targeting like – targeting only women (I sell romantic novels) and 25-44 or 25-34 or only 45-54 doesn’t mean I discriminate anyone. I’m not in the housing / jobs business.

    Any ideas?

It’s not black and white. Go through all of the policies. It’s your ad copy (text) or creatives (suggestive images, etc) that are over the line. Can’t imply sexual preferences, the desire to read said novels, etc. Post example of ad if you want and you’ll get more direct feedback.
