Page Name Change (no category change – still sits as community)
Hi team,
About 10 years ago, I created a Facebook page to simply share music & images I fancied (blues was the genre, images were mostly from 50's 60's 70's noir style photos).
It only had like 200 or so followers. Picked the name & URL back then as well.
Fast forward 10 years, I'm trying to use the page for my vlog (different concept, completely). Steps I took:
- deleted all the content
- deleted all the photos
- updated bio
- updated impressum
- updated profile photo
- updated cover photo
- updated handle
now at the last step, i requested an update to the name.
question: does this actually work or it's not a thing anymore? please be advised that the page's category is "community". so it's neither a product, nor a service…
thoughts?

It works
BUT there is a problem right now in changing pages names… so you have to wait till its back to normal
