Overcoming Instagram’s Restrictions for Organic Growth
Hello all, need some guidance here. I have a fledgling Instagram page, just four days old with 55 followers, which I thought was a decent start for my food blog. I was actively engaging, following, and commenting on other pages (max 20 per day). However, I think they restricted me due to repetitive comments, resulting in a 48-hour ban. Now, I’m a bit wary of commenting once the ban is lifted, fearing a longer ban or even account deletion. Without engaging, how am I supposed to grow my page organically?
Any advice for staying active without attracting a ban would be much appreciated!

I would wait about 2 weeks before you start commenting again.
Do you have a YouTube channel?

Are you commenting the same thing over and over? Are you commenting on the first 20 posts you see?
Your behavior may have been flagged as spam so maybe try to make interactions more meaningful or spread them out during the day.
