Old Google Ads Account not performing well *Help*
Ok so exactly this time last year I started running my first Performance Max Google ads Campaigns, it was slowish to start but after the first 2 weeks with the addition of good products things started to work results were very good over the space of 3-4 months campaigns were scaled etc. Long story short the account was then paused and went 8 months with 0 activity. I have returned back to it this Q4 and the last 7-10 days have just been all over the shop. I cant get the account to spend full budgets, Winning products that were flying are now getting much higher CPC and much lower CTR. I’m abit stressed and keep making changes as i’m unsure whats going on. Will things get better? I imagined as this account already had data there wouldn’t be massive problems getting back into it. Any advice would be very helpful.
One annoying thing i’ve noticed is: **Status:**
**Bid strategy misconfigured**. This shows on all my ads, i’ve done everything people have said to do like remove asset group signals etc that cause this and hoping over the next week it will go. -

It’s awesome that you’ve had results over the past year.
Look, truth is, a ton of stuff could be happening with your account. Just tossing out advice without knowing more about your sector, keywords, or even your strategy might just add to the confusion. It’s unlikely you’ll crack the issue that way.
