Any link that you were paid money for, should be made no follow.
Look, otherwise, no-follow has no purpose anymore. Google will still make its own decision to follow it or not.

I do it for any out-bound link that isn’t to that website’s social media account(s). I also do it in a couple of links internally, such as to login / registration pages, payment pages, etc. (stuff that doesn’t need to be indexed / ranked by Google).
