No “Search Results” option in Google Search Console
Can someone please assist me with this. I've seen on some people's Google Search Console dashboard there is an option to view "Search Results" under the performance tab which I don't seem to have. Is this a setting I need to turn on somewhere?

Oh, that’s strange! Normally, the ‘Search Results’ tab should be right there under Performance – it’s typically the default view. You could try switching between property types if you have multiple, or check if you’re in a filtered view by mistake. If those don’t work, logging out and logging back in might help. If you’re still having trouble, it could be a good idea to reach out to Google support.
