New to Instagram: Looking for Followers
have created an instagram account, so now I'm wondering how to get started with that account and get followers. have studied hashtags.
how often should i post on instagram if i have a new account?
is it once a week or every day?

Sometimes its not about posting, follow mutual friends you have irl and follow some people they follow ect, the ones who dont follow back u unfollow, posting alot helps but everyday is way to much be patient dont spam cuz some people will get annoyed and unfollow cuz ur all they see in their feed.

I read that hashtags are falling into disuse and that well-produced reels increase the chances of gaining followers. You can also sponsor a post. There is no magic, unfortunately. Good luck!

There is no such thing as an equation of “posting x amount of content in y time that will generate z amount of followers.”
Followers shouldn’t be your primary focus as it’s an arbitrary number that means nothing. Now that we live in a world where Reels on Instagram are seen more by people who don’t follow you than people who do follow you.
Just make quality and possibly shareable content, consistently. Your content will find the right audience, and the right audience will find your content.

Post at least 1 quality reel everyday. 3-7 seconds. Consistency is key. Get in Threads, that will bring you more followers too.
