  New google account for a different country domain. Is this allowed?

  I have one website that I use with this one google ad account. The website domain is http://www.business.com
  I already advertise to multiple countries with this account, mainly France, Germany, UK, USA.

  I have now created the same website in different language for my french users in france. The domain name is business.fr

  Can I create a different google ads account to promote my new french website?

  Please note that the change in website is only in the domain name TLD. The one that I am currently using is .com and the new one is .FR

  The products and their GTIN is same as well. The business entity is same in all these website. The credit card used can be of a different person if required, but I can use the same credit card of the main account if needed.

  I understand I need to convert my Merchant Centre Account into a MASTER Merchant center account.

  My question is only for the google ads account. I want to use separate google ads account for each domain. Is that allowed under google’s policies? If not, what is my option?

  Yes, this is allowed and fine.
