New facebook ad manager UI
I had a previous ad account that I was able to switch to the new UI but I remade another account but I am not able to, anyone else experience this or have found a solution? It’s driving me crazy.
Also my ad spend stops at exactly $350 everyday even when I set the budget well above that. It looks like facebook has a hidden spend cap for each account but I have never experienced any sort of limit in the past.

yes, they have caps now.
you have to keep spending and wait for the cap to be auto-lifted, or contact fb support and ask them to lift it for you (they might if you have a good reason).
as for the UI, just wait. i don’t think you can do anything about it.
