New display campaigns are not following my targeting inputs.
I’ve attempted to create Custom Audiences using search keywords as well as Content KW targeting on new Display Campaigns. No matter what I try, new campaigns are still showing on game, celebrity, recipe, and news sites (all the same ones). Campaigns created more than a few weeks ago are still following my targeting inputs, however, new ones do not.
It’s almost as if ‘Optimized Targeting’ is on, even when I check it off.
Anybody else seeing this? Obviously support on this issue is nonexistent.
