    New Client: Print/Digital Magazine, Scaling Subscriptions, Limited Monthly Budget…Recs???

    I’m trying to wrap my head around this client and wanted to throw it out into the sphere.

    Print Magazine

    Goal: Increase Subscriptions

    Budget: $2,500 per magazine brand/mo.

    Channel: Google Ads

    I’m trying to avoid search at all cost, with the latest spam leads with Discovery I’m reluctant, Display won’t drive the number of leads they want.

    I haven’t tried pMax for subscriptions. But any thoughts on campaign types or tactics?

    Maybe their expectations are too high. If I were to promote a magazine, display is the first place I would use and would expect more exposure than search. Depends what type of magazine you’re talking about too.
