Need To Get Rid Of Sprout Social
I just realized my agency is paying roughly 5k a month for our social media marketers/managers to use Sprout Social, roughly 10 accounts. This seems insane to me. Are there any competitors out there that offer better value and similar features? I’d greatly appreciate the suggestions.

That’s insane? I’m paying less than 200$ a month for 10 profiles

For only 10 accounts that seems really high. We had 15 connections and were paying under $500CAD pm. I would get in contact with sprout’s sales asap and see wtf is going on.
What features do your marketers like about sprout specifically? Is it the analytics, reports, layout, posting features, etc? Are there any that they don’t like?
We were originally going to change to sprinklr because they have a 90 day trial but it’s also hella money so we haven’t made the commitment yet.
Currently i use buffer and oneup (shout out to davis on here).

That’s highway robbery. We left SS years ago and never looked back. Overpriced. Build a tech stack with companies that focus on a singular thing and do it well. Something like Cloud Campaign for publishing and DashThis for reporting. You’ll pay less, and when you use a company that focuses on one thing, they’ll typically be better at that thing then a company that tries to do everything.
