I have amateur personal blog website http://www.toloveforward.com and I received email from one person saying he is ready to pay me through PayPal to post on my website and content will be written according to my site.

I am not sure what to replay ? Should I accept money and how much or should I accept guest post in exchange of backlink. Please suggest.

Feedback on my website is also appreciated.

    Thank you.

Whatever you do you shouldn’t advertise it, selling links is forbidden by Google

Just charge them whatever you feel is fair. If you want the free content, don’t charge them anything. Generally, people charge somewhere between $0-$50 for a guest post. Since you claim you’re new to blogging, i’m assuming the metrics of your blog are relatively weak. If that’s the case, I wouldn’t charge anything. However, since they’re willing to pay, you could probably get away with charging $20-$30. It’s really up to you. If you don’t want the content, offer them a link insertion on an existing article.

Respond back with the price and a short list of guidelines to follow such as a minimum word count, maximum number of backlinks, type of content you’re looking for, etc. Be sure to let them know the article must be approved before payment/posting. Also, make sure their blog is relevant to yours and not some porn/gambling site.

If you want a backlink from their blog, let them know they can guest post for free as long as they return the favor and allow you to guest post on their blog.
