  My social accounts get little to no engagement – no promotions please

  I have noticed that i work very hard, not smart. For me it has always been easy growing a following in person but i have always struggled online. What criticism could you offer or any help?
  Also I am not asking for paid promotions

  Give me some more context. What did you try to do? What did you do to achieve it? What were the results? What makes you say the results were bad?
