What tools do you guys recommend managing multi channels?
I am looking for something where I can connect Facebook, Google, Bing, and Amazon and manage there bids, keyword, creatives, launch campaigns all in one platform.

Have a look at scope by mediaocean.
It’s not cheap (designed for large advertisers and agencies) but it’s feature-rich. -
You won’t find a platform that does everything as Amazon alone is pretty restrictive on what they release via their API.

Check out http://www.triedandtruetracking.com they do exactly this. What’s more is they integrate directly with your crm so that you’re counting real sales instead of fb/googles inaccurate pixel. Super affordable too. Dm if ya want more detils
