Make sure their call centre is on point. Make sure your campaigns only run when their call centre is available. Make sure you can track and attribute calls back to your efforts.
I’ve done so many audits where these aren’t in place.

Make sure the call centre has 95-100% pickup rate. We had to change one client’s call centre as they weren’t picking up calls and losing 30-40% of leads.

Send the clicks to your landing page where you clearly explain why they should choose you instead of your competitors
Offer them a discount code
Have the call button there

You should go with a landing page for the ads campaign where you will have a right instruction to choose your service. You can add a call button there on the landing page.
That will be a good strategy for your removal company.
